These Terms & Conditions of Sale outline the terms that apply to the purchase of goods and services from ACE Tyres. By placing an order on our website or in-store, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of products and services by ACE Tyres, whether online or in-store.
1.2 The contract between you and ACE Tyres begins when we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

2.2 All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated). Delivery charges, if applicable, are stated separately during the checkout process.
3.2 We take reasonable care to ensure all prices are accurate. However, if there is an error in pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to either reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Delivery
4.1 We aim to deliver products within the time specified during the checkout process. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.

4.3 Risk of damage or loss of the products passes to you upon delivery. Title of goods remains with ACE Tyres until full payment has been received.

5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods are returned in their original condition. Certain items, such as custom orders or perishable goods, may not be eligible for cancellation.
5.2 To cancel an order, please notify us by email or phone. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
5.3 If you believe a product is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Warranty
6.1 All products and services provided by ACE Tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product is faulty or fails within the warranty period, we will facilitate repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
6.2 Our services, including tyre fitting and repair, are covered by a service warranty. If any issues arise due to faulty workmanship, we will rectify them at no additional cost.
7. Liability
7.1 ACE Tyres is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the purchase of goods or services.
7.2 Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of goods or services shall not exceed the value of the purchase.

9. Force Majeure

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
